This is the worst experience ever. I was rebooked to a terrible and lower class flight and when I try to call the company, it only speaks in Spanish or French and no one picks up the phone. I was left with a feeling of being seriously ripped off

I discovered Flighthub quite a few years ago when shopping online for flight deals. My husband & I travel a lot & Flighthub is our go to. In my experience no one can beat their prices, airline choices & destination options. Bookings are always price competitive, quick & accurate. Look no further, Flighthub are the best !

They are scammers!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

We booked last year in May 2022 a flight on Sunwing. Apparently, our flight home was changed from the original timing of 8:55PM to 10:25AM AND NO ONE TOLD US. When we arrived at the airport for the 8:55pm flight, Sunwing advised that the flight left earlier that day. When we tried to get in touch with Flight hub, because Sunwing insisted it was Flighthub's mistake, no one answered. We were stuck in the Cancun airport with no flight home!!! Finally when we got in touch with Flighthub, they insisted that there was an 8:55pm flight STILL.....we were AT THE AIRPORT and took photos of the departure board. No flight from Sunwing after 10:35 in the morning. We were forced to spend over $3000 and take the last flight on Westjet home, or we wouldve been stranded at the airport.
When we arrived home (finally) we contacted Flighthub again and they were giving us the runaround, even hanging up on us when we sent them proof. We asked to be reimbursed for the flight as they messed up and we never were able to get to. Then they tell us that they "reviewed" our file they said that we were "no shows" on the flight and therefore, will not return our money.
After going back and fourth for weeks, we decided to take the issue to our VISA. We sent them all the documents and proof and FINALLY they refunded us the money and they were going to deal with Flighthub directly.
Now here we are almost A YEAR later, to the day, and Flighthub has charged my VISA for the amount AGAIN. No warning, just charged us again for something that happened LAST YEAR, something they knew we were disputing. Out of nowhere!!!!!

This company will scam you, take your money and visa number and re-charge you whenever they want!!!
PLEASE BOOK ELSEWHERE!

I was calling Flighthub for billing discrepancy—charge on the invoice is $703.70 but I found from my visa statement that I was actually charged $708.60. I was told by the system that wait time is 4 minutes, but 40 minutes passed there is still no agent on the other side picking up my call. Is the agent working? Whom I should talk to?

welp. not only did we find out two weeks before our trip to greece that we did in fact NOT have a seat on the flight. but when i tried to reschedule another time, they were "unable" to show me where my flight credit was being used as if i don't know the company will go through audits and will need to have that information broken out somewhere. so im not sure how this is still an operating company, i don't really know if ill ever get to use my flight credits, and yea probably just steer clear from this third party vendor. its been a damn nightmare

The price I ended up paying for the ticket was higher ($125) than the total shown on the final quote. This is very misleading.

It is a really good place to get decent prices for tickets. Just be careful with the information inputted when making reservations.

Very easy to book and a lot cheaper than any other flight to this area. Plus, most will not go to this certain airport!
